ORDER PROCESSING

We can take up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends. *Please note during new releases and sale periods there may be a longer processing time.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of Kentucky. Kentucky sales tax is 6.0%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Kentucky.

SHIPPING

USA – We ship orders via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Hawaii, APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL – We ship orders via FedEx Express or USPS depending on location. All shipments will have tracking number provided. Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping. *International orders are subject to Duties & Taxes by the destination country’s government. Durham Dept. is not responsible for these charges or fees.
